What is over-texting, and did I do it?

- You wrote paragraphs; he answered in one line — and the thread shows the imbalance.
- You explained, justified, or pre-apologized before the ask.
- Re-reading it, you feel smaller, not clearer.
- Your next move is to delete it — or wait for a reply that shouldn’t decide your week.
